Inspired by late summer's abundance and SLC's annual Greek Festival, I'm sharing some favorite Mediterranean dishes—from flaming saganaki to rich pastitsio—each paired with wines that complement their bold flavors.

ORANGE FLOWER PAVLOVA WITH SUMMER BERRIES & CREAM

Orange flower-scented crispy merengue, macerated summer berries, whipped cream
